Today was rough. We did a last dedicated sparring session before the national championships next wednesday. The schedule was simple, but far from easy:
Next week, I'll just stick to the basics: shadow sparring, pads, rope skipping and stretching.

- Five rounds of shadow sparring (3 rounds pursuing loosely defined technical goals, 2 rounds freestyle)
